Kristin Dudek is Chief of Student Supports & Information for the Salamanca City Central School District in New York, where she has spent more than 30 years working in special education and district leadership. She serves as Vice-Chair of the NYSBA Commissioner's Advisory Panel for Special Education, giving her a statewide voice in shaping policy that affects students with disabilities. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Buffalo State University, where she helps train the next generation of educators. Kristin's career reflects a career-long commitment to student support, strong systems, and better outcomes.
